You are not required to enter information that is not necessary for your enquiry.

The app does not automatically collect your contacts, call history, SMS messages, precise location, microphone recordings, photographs, financial-account information, or health information.

Basic service requests, favourite services, estimates, vehicle-care details, and settings may be stored locally on your device using local app storage, such as SharedPreferences.

Locally stored information is used to provide app features such as:

• Viewing saved enquiries
• Reusing a previous enquiry
• Managing favourite services
• Maintaining vehicle-care notes
• Remembering onboarding and app preferences

This locally stored information is not automatically uploaded to our servers.

You may delete saved information through the app where a deletion option is available. Uninstalling the app will normally remove its locally stored data, subject to your device and backup settings.

When you choose to contact SK AUTO LAB LTD or prepare a service request, the app may open your installed email application with a prefilled recipient, subject, and message.

The email is not sent automatically. You must review and send it yourself.
